SAMARTH Mission, in partnership with the Power Foundation of India and Power Sector Skill Council (PSSC), held a hands-on skill development program at our factory in Bhikhi, Dist. Mansa, Punjab. Our factory workers received practical training in vital areas such as, effective use of agro-residues, safe and smart pellet production practices, sustainable plant operations, safety measures for machinery and feedstock, electrical and mechanical safeguards, and operation and maintenance of pelletizing equipment. All participants were given T-Shirts, safety helmets and certificates for attending the skill development training programme.
